3. FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS

Service Fees: Fees for tax preparation and consulting are determined based on the complexity of the return or the specific service requested.

Payment Method: We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and, where applicable, Refund Transfers (RT).

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

You are solely responsible for:

Providing all necessary documentation (W-2s, 1099s, expense receipts, etc.) by the deadlines established by the Company.

Reviewing the final draft of any tax return for accuracy before authorizing us to file electronically or via mail.

Maintaining copies of all filed returns and supporting documents for the period required by the IRS and state authorities (typically 3–7 years).

5. PRIVACY AND DATA SECURITY

Your privacy is a priority. Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the data practices outlined in that policy. We employ industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your financial data; however, no transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and all content therein—including source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics—are owned or licensed by United Tax Pros.
